Before starting my own law office, I have spent my career in law enforcement. I started as a police officer in Omaha, Nebraska, then went to Creighton Law School. After law school I have been a prosecuting attorney, first hired at the Sarpy County Attorney's for 5 years, Nebraska Attorney General's Office for 14 years, and 4 years at the Lancaster County Attorney Office. I have prosecuted cases from speeding to first degree murder.
Divorce
I have the courtroom experience to handle divorces, child custody and support, and division of assets and debts.
Personal Injury
Experience working with insurance companies improves the likelihood of getting a fair settlement. I spent years making claims against insurance companies, and if the insurer refuses to make a fair settlement offer, I have the experience to be successful in court or meditation.

Ariza Law LLC was established on April 20, 2026, and is a solo practice office. Greg Ariza graduated from Creighton Law School in May 2001 and has been working in various governments as a prosecutor and government civil law matters. He has appeared in every judicial district in Nebraska and has handled dozen of jury trials and hundreds of bench trials.
